1. Pass the NCMHCE exam and begin the interview process with us. Employment includes supervision.
2. Start your residency at another location, and after passing the NCMHCE, apply for an interview with us. If you are hired, you will have the opportunity to transition to a CPC supervisor with supervision being a benefit of employment.
